“There’s nothing more exciting to me than seeing someone truly come alive—creatively, emotionally, spiritually … it’s what fuels my passion,” said Todd Henry, founder and president of The Accidental Creative Company, at the Society of Flavor Chemists’ (SFC) Midwest meeting held on April 15, 2009. In his presentation titled “Create-Or-Die,” Henry discussed some of the hidden dynamics of creating that can help one stay prolific, brilliant and healthy in life and career.
In addition, the event saw Darleen Shaffery (Sensient Flavors) and Ibrahima Faye (Cargill Flavor Systems) receive their membership certificates; Laura Partida (FONA International) upgraded to become a certified member of the SFC.
