Barb Cloutier, FONA International, will be speaking on global flavor trends at the American Association of Candy Technologists’ 2006 National Technical Seminar, taking place September 18–20. Cloutier is scheduled to present on September 19 from 8:50–9:35 AM. The presentation will explore flavor and product trends in confection products across the globe, including native favorites and what’s up-and-coming in various regions. Cloutier will also discuss how specific flavor categories are distinguished in different parts of the world.
