The International Fragrance Association (IFRA) North America's upcoming 2011 Spring Dinner Meeting is set to be held Wednesday, April 6 at the Westmont Country Club in West Paterson, New Jersey. The event will include a reception and dinner, as well as the presentation of the Eric Bruell Distinguished Service Award and a discussion with keynote speaker Joseph Huggard, managing director of The Huggard Consulting Group. Huggard has been responsible for a variety of projects in the chemical, pharmaceutical, agro-chemical, health care, environmental, food and other related industries.
