FEMA Focus on Savory

The Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association will present a program dedicated to savory flavors at its annual meeting May 4-7, 2008, at the Westin Resort, Hilton Head, SC. The presenters will include R&D expertise from Frito Lay, applied technology competency from Givaudan and insights from a flavor ingredient expert at French's Ingredients.
