Australian Native Products (ANP) has announced its attainment of the Union for Ethical Biotrade (UEBT)-Rainforest Alliance (RA) Ingredient certification which is said to be a first for an Australian company.

The UEBT-RA certification, primarily based on the UEBT standard, integrates selective protocols from the Rainforest Alliance standard—focusing on products like teas, herbs, and spices to ensure they meet the highest adequacy of ethical and sustainable practices.

This UEBT-RA certification is said to be a strategic move for ANP, substantially scaling up its competitiveness in the global marketplace.

Following this achievement, ANP has pledged to implement a series of biodiversity and sustainability initiatives—solidifying its status as a company devoted to creating a future in which "all life flourishes."

"With this certification, we not only solidify our promise to nurture the planet and its people but also provide our partners with an assurance that they are choosing a brand synonymous with both quality and care for the world," said Kirsty Langdon, Quality and Research manager of ANP.
