In this role, you will:

• Drive global key account planning, identify and close growth opportunities with regional and global customers, and steer cross-functional and cross-regional execution.
• Own performance delivery through budget oversight, KPI management, and new business and innovation initiatives, while serving as the primary customer interface for BASF senior leadership.
• Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships, lead high-impact commercial discussions, and manage customer issue escalation and resolution to support long-term value creation.
