Overview
Sacheerome Fragrances & Flavours, is seeking a strong leader with a technical perfumery background to deliver technical elements of key customer projects aligned with market data and industry trends across non-Food FMCG categories and applications.
Core Responsibilities
- Build an understanding of specific categories, markets, trends, consumer preference, brands and customer via research across multiple resources.
- Provide technical support as per customer requirements, which will include travel to client facility, channel partners and our regional lab in India and abroad.
- Actively participate in developing a technical support strategy together with regional and local business development teams in line with the global strategy.
- Be a key advocate for relevant market trends and customer needs based on market intelligence, data and trends.
- Attend relevant industry events to build and maintain strong network of customers and suppliers.
- Crafting, managing and evaluating promotional strategies, including digital and print advertising campaigns, social media marketing strategy, communication content and trade events.
- Provide detailed project insight (customer/ internal perspective) in order to clearly define brief parameters and capture them in the internal system.
- Focus on building relationships with customer decision-makers and influencers.
Qualification & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in science, technology, chemistry, perfumery or related discipline.
- Excellent olfactive capabilities, ability to think strategically with proven record of managing multiple commercialization projects within the FMCG or Fragrance industries.
- Relevant experience in trend analysis, design thinking and marketing.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience, leadership qualities, ability for multi-cultural collaboration and strong communication skills (both written and verbal in English).
