Anjac Health & Beauty is acquiring Stephid, expanding the company's offering in the fragrance market.
Anjac will be able to benefit from Stephid's cutting-edge expertise in top-of-the range manufacturing, packaging and kitting, with unique, tailor-made services of the highest quality.
Stephid expects to achieve a double-digit turnover growth of almost €15m by 2023.
The management team will remain the same for Stephid.
