Senomyx Inc. has promoted Russell Stridacchio to the role of director, sales and business development.
He will lead the team that is driving the company’s direct sales program, which is focused on selling certain of its flavor ingredients to flavor companies for re-sale to food and beverage company customers.
Stridacchio will continue to report to Sharon Wicker, Senomyx’s senior vice president and chief commercial development officer. Prior to joining Senomyx, Stridacchio held sales managerial positions at Citromax Flavors Inc., Mane Inc. and Sensient Flavors Inc.
Senomyx has also named Shari Joslin as a senior regional sales account manager, reporting to Stridacchio. She has held managerial positions at Mane Inc., Firmenich SA, and Sensient Flavors Inc.
