McCormick's President of Consumer Foods Americas to Retire

McCormick & Co. said Mark Timbie will be retiring as president, consumer foods Americas and chief administrative officer, effective the end of June 2013.

Over the past 16 years, Timbie has served as a member of the company's management committee, held leadership roles for the company's U.S. consumer business, served as president of McCormick Canada and president of McCormick's international business as well as president, North American consumer foods.

Notably, he led the organization through its period of international expansion when he took on various roles including president of the company's international consumer products group. In this role, Timbie was responsible for McCormick's consumer businesses in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, Canada, Mexico and Latin America as well as McCormick's global export department.

Timbie served on the board of directors for Tasty Baking Company and currently serves on the board of directors of the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Baltimore.
