Shirlynn Powell, founder of Fleurin Fragrances, Inc., has died at the age of 66.
Shirlynn has been working in the fragrance industry since she was 16. She was recruited as an apprentice perfumer beginning with her training at the Roure School of Perfumery.
After establishing herself as a perfumer, she worked in the fragrance and raw materials industry before forming a new company, Fleurin, Inc., which sells natural fragrance ingredients.
Shirlynn will be remembered for her humor and her sense of adventure.
