IFF Board of Directors Elects Andreas Fibig Chairman

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. ‘s (IFF) board has appointed Andreas Fibig, who serves as the company’s CEO, as chairman of the board, effective Dec. 1, 2014.

Fibig will succeed Doug Tough, the current IFF chairman, who will retire from the board effective Dec. 1, 2014. As previously announced, Tough stepped down as CEO on Sept. 1, 2014, and has been serving as chairman of the board in the transition. Fibig was appointed CEO of International Flavors & Fragrances on Sept. 1, 2014 and has been a member of the IFF board of directors since 2011.
