Gregory J. Lima, Former Virginia Dare Flavor Chemist, Dies at 74

Gregory J. Lima, a former flavor chemist at Virginia Dare and past president of the National Society of Flavor Chemists, died Nov. 4, 2014 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey. He was 74 years old.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he lived in Staten Island, New York and Lakewood, New Jersey before moving to Davenport, Florida three months ago.
