Makoto Emura has been named director, fragrance and aroma chemical business planning, and director, aroma chemical global strategy planning committee office, at Takasago International Corp. (Tokyo).
Emura previously served as director, aroma chemical laboratory, corporate R&D, and is the co-author of "Sustainability in Flavor and Fragrance Ingredients" from the May 2014 issue of P&F.
