Brian Grainger, the immediate past president of the British Society of Flavourists (BSF), died suddenly on March 11.
The funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31 at Parndon Wood Crematorium, just south of Harlow, Essex, England (Parndon Wood Cemetery, Parndon Wood Road, Harlow, Essex CM19 4SF).
