Bell Expands Palate with Sweet Staff Changes

Bell Flavors & Fragrances has expanded its palate with four staff changes and hires, including an experienced flavorist moving up to the sweet creation team at its Northbrook, IL headquarters.

Cristalle Keane has been promoted to the manager of sweet creation. Keane’s career at Bell began 17 years ago as a lab technician, where she eventually became a senior flavorist after training for her flavorist certification. Along with her new position as a creative flavorist, Keane will continue to work with the production staff as a resource and support Bell’s internal project systems.Cristalle Keane has been promoted to the manager of sweet creation. William Bartholomew was newly hired as a marketing specialist and graphic designer, concentrating on projects in both flavor and fragrance divisions. He graduated from Columbia College with a degree in graphic design. Julie Leanes has been hired to the position of marketing coordinator. Leanes attended the Illinois Institute of Art and received a bachelor’s degree in visual communication, along with an MBA in marketing from Roosevelt University. Dave M Bell

Dave Mercury is the new marketing manager with 11 years of experience at Preferred Meals. As lead graphic designer at Preferred Meals, Mercury developed brand strategies guidelines, logo creation and trade show materials. He holds an MBA in marketing from Lewis University, and a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the Illinois Institute of Art.
