Bell Flavors & Fragrances has announced three recent U.S. promotions at its Northbrook, IL headquarters.

Kelli Heinz, who joined Bell in 2006 as an intern, has been promoted to vice president of marketing. Before assuming her current role, Heinz served as director of marketing and industry affairs, where she spearheaded Bell’s official trend program “Spark.” In her new position, she will be charged with coordinating Bell’s global marketing teams and establishing communication and marketing networks.

John Kocis has been promoted to the position of director analytical services. Kocis joined Bell in 2007 as the manager of analytical services; in that role, he updated and automated the company’s instrumentation to communicate with a single laboratory computer network, improving efficiency.

Susan Payton, who has been with the company for more than 27 years, has been appointed to the role of director of customer and administrative services. She has served in Bell departments ranging from accounting and office administration to software implementation and customer service. Additionally, she is tasked with sales reporting for Bell global locations—including the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil—as well as providing support and reporting to the Bell sales teams regarding key accounts.
