Sensient CEO Manning to Step Down in 2013, New F&F President

Sensient Technologies Corp. (Milwaukee) has announced that chairman and CEO Kenneth Manning will step down from his role on January 1, 2013. He will then assume the role of non-employee chairman until January 1, 2015. In addition, James McCarthy has been named president of the company's flavors and fragrances group.

Meanwhile, Douglas Pepper has been elected president and COO. He has been with the company since 2005 and succeeds Neil Cracknell.

Sensient has also made the following appointments:

  • Stephen Rolfs to vice president, administration
  • Paul Manning to president, color group
  • Jeffrey Makal to vice president, controller and chief accounting officer
  • Christopher Daniels to vice president, human resources
