Blue Pacific Flavors (City of Industry, California) has named Chris Long executive vice president and general manager of manufacturing and flavor processing. Long has more that 10 years of industry experience, previously with Kerry Ingredients and Flavors. He is responsible for growing business in the company's North American markets and overseeing its Realfruit flavor technology.
Of the appointment, CEO Donald Wilkes said, "Chris brings a great deal of proven expertise in streamlining manufacturing and quality control processes for flavor houses and we are looking forward to him applying that same discipline here."
