New Toxicology Director at Burdock Group

Burdock Group (Orlando, Florida) has named Ray Matulka director of toxicology. Matulka has more than 10 years of experience in food and dietary supplement safety assessment. His areas of expertise include generally recognized as safe determinations (GRAS), GRAS notifications, new dietary ingredient notifications, food contact notifications and risk assessments on food contaminations in slaughter houses and processing plants. He was previously with Nebraska Department of Environmental Control and Genesys Research.
