International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF; New York) announced that it has elected Kevin Berryman executive vice president and CFO, effective May 15, 2009. Of the appointment, chairman and CEO Robert Amen said, "We are very pleased to have Kevin join our IFF management team. He brings a wealth of experience in managing a global finance organization. His expertise in strategy development, business decision support and people development will help to accelerate IFF's growth and build a stronger company."
