Flavor & Fragrance Specialties (Mahwah, NJ) has appointed Prabodh Parekh director of new business development “private label.” Parekh has many years of experience in the industry, most recently with Kleen Brite Labs and IFF. He is responsible for the company’s fragrance applications laboratory, working on household and innovative products.
Jennifer Nystrom has been named senior account executive, servicing the Western Region. Nystrom has 18 years of experience in the food industry, most recently with Cargill Corp.
The company has also appointed Krista Ruhnke senior account executive. Ruhnke has 20 years of experience in the food industry, with companies such as Sara Lee Baking, Tombstone Pizza, NutraSweet/Kelco and Degussa Fruit Systems.
