Mary Shum has been named account manager, fragrances, Bell Flavors & Fragrances Canada. Shum has more than 20 years of experience in sales in flavors and fragrances. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Foods) degree from Guelph University.
Pamela Angeles has been named business development executive of fragrance growth accounts. She previously held positions with Symrise and Robertet.
