John Cardellina, McCormick's new distinguished scientist
John Cardellina is the newest member of the research and development team at McCormick & Company, Incorporated. The new "distinguished scientist" has a background in natural products science and almost 40 years of experience and has worked at the National Cancer Institute, McNeil Pharmaceuticals and the Council for Responsible Nutrition, among other places.
“Dr. Cardellina's expertise in the isolation and identification of natural ingredients supports McCormick’s leadership in flavor, health and quality,” said Hamed Farini, McCormick's chief science offer. “We are proud to welcome him and know that he will be an incredibly valuable member of our team."
