Bell Flavors and Fragrances has announced two new promotions. Michael Natale has been promoted to general manager of Bell Mexico, located in Guadalajara. Natale, who has been with the company for 10 years, will help the company continue its successful competitive flavor and fragrance business in Mexico. Also, nine-year company veteran Katie Gutierrez will now lead the marketing team at Bell’s headquarters in Northbrook, Illinois. In this capacity, she will also coordinate with the company’s marketing teams in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Brazil as a liaison between all four divisions, with priority on communications and product pushes to all sales groups and customers.
