Sensient's Manning Extends CEO, Chairman Terms

Updating the company's previous announcement, Sensient has announced that Kenneth Manning will remain CEO and chairman through December 31, 2013. He will remain chairman of the board through December 31, 2015. Manning will also assume the title of president and the duties of COO previously assigned to Douglas Pepper. According to the company, "Pepper has been offered another position at the company."
