Blue Pacific Flavors hired senior flavorist Thuy Huynh as the new director of flavors and applications. In this position, Huynh, will be responsible for developing and overseeing natural and organic-compliant sweet flavors and their food or beverage applications using the company’s proprietary technology platforms. She will also lead research projects with The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research later this year when the companies will have their first research exchange program.
Huynh has worked in the flavor industry for 25 years and also has a background in chemical engineering.
