Comax Flavors (Melville, New York) added Gary Long as its new southeastern regional sales manager and Alexis Dobrasz as its new Midwest account representative. Each will be responsible for growing new business, as well as maintaining current accounts.
Previously, Long was the national accounts executive at Edlong Dairy Flavors for 26 years. His industry background also includes five years of experience as a production supervisor and six years as an R&D/QA manager. And before coming to Comax, Dobrasz spent five years in research and development at Sensient Flavors as a food technologist for dairy solutions. She also has worked as a quality control technician and is a member of IFT.
