He is responsible for creating and developing health care, food and confectionery product concepts and prototypes for customers. A registered pharmacist, Levinson has 20 years of product and process development experience and was previously with Sterling Health, Bayer, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline and Shering/Merck.
Ron Spaziani has been named product development chef, focusing on seasoning formulations for brines, rubs and marinades. Based on trend information, he will develop prototypes for customers. Spaziani was previously with Prime Management Corp., Sodexho Marriott, James Catering and Ome Catering, Guckenheimer and Miracle Catering, and Kerry Ingredients & Flavors.
Sherrilyn Tross-Hall has been appointed food technologist. She is responsible for modifying existing products and processes as well as initiating new concepts and methods.
