T. Hasegawa USA has received the AA rating from the British Retail Consortium (BRC) for its Corona, California facility.
“This is the highest possible BRC Rating we could achieve,” said Chris Grayson, vice president of operations. “This is the official confirmation of what we always knew internally, that we have an unwavering dedication to preserving the safety and quality of all the products that we allow to enter and the flavors that leave our facilities.”

“This is an amazing achievement and a testament to the hard work every employee puts into ensuring that we meet this high bar set for us,” added Erik Calderon, director of operations for the Carona facility. “The reason why we signed onto this scheme was to not only hold us accountable but to help build confidence about our standards for food safety, packaging materials we use, product quality and distribution.”
