OQEMA Donates Sanitizer to Support Reopened Schools in Germany

OQEMA GmbH in Mönchengladbach has announced its support of the schools in the North Rhine-Westphalia region as they gradually reopen after closures due to COVID-19 by donating hand and surface disinfectants from its own production.

Michael Thürmer, managing director of OQEMA GmbH symbolically handed over 10 liters of disinfectant to Andrea Gerichshausen, head of the Geschwister-Scholl Realschule, and Harald Weuthen, head of school and sport.

“We are pleased that we can support the schools in our neighborhood and wish them, pupils and teachers have a good and, above all, safe restart in class,” Thürmer said.
