Kalsec Expands Capacity for Natural Spice, Herb and Vegetable Extracts

As a result of growing demand for naturally sourced ingredients, Kalsec has expanded its manufacturing capabilities with a new finishing center for its natural spice, herb and vegetable extracts.

The company said the multi-million dollar investment, which is named after Harry Todd in recognition of his 50 years of service at Kalsec, will provide increased flexibility and automation in the standardization and packaging of the complete line of Kalsec liquid spice, herb and vegetable extracts.

“We look forward to supplying our customers from this state-of-the-art facility, and to honoring Harry Todd, who models the company's long-term commitment to continuous improvement, quality and customer satisfaction,” said Scott Nykaza, Kalsec's chief operating officer.
