Erich Ziegler GmbH, the family managed supplier of authentic citrus concentrates to the flavor, food and beverage industries, is celebrating its 50th anniversary of business operation this year.
Since 1963, the company has been focusing on the development and optimization of cold, physical processing technologies for the concentration of citrus matrices and offers its customers a comprehensive range of technologically sophisticated cold concentrated citrus oils, flavor building blocks, citrus ingredients and specialties as well as customer-specific, exclusive developments.
On the weekend of Oct. 12, three generations of the Ziegler family welcomed employees, their families and local representatives to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary together with an opening ceremony for a new production facility.
The company said the state-of-the-art facility will be fully operational by early next year and will not only considerably expand existing production capacities but also provide room for recently developed innovative technologies. The company also launched an updated website this summer.
