Badia Spices Buys Sweetwater Warehouse for $44 Million

Badia Spices has announced its purchase of the Sweetwater warehouse located in South Florida, for $44 million, per The RealDeal.

The Doral, Florida, based manufacturer paid around $141 per square foot for the 313,000 ft2 building. The class A industrial building, which was sold by Tech Data, sits on 16 acres.

Newmark’s Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda represented Badia, according to the release.
