FONA International (Geneva, IL) has been named one of Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at an awards ceremony on August 6. This is the second year in a row that FONA received this award. In addition, the company was also selected as the Elite Winner in the category of Compensation and Benefits.
The 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For awards honor local companies that recognize employees as their greatest asset. Winners are selected by an independent market research company, which reviews an extensive amount of quantitative and qualitative data, and an independent panel of judges.
Of the award, FONA's president and CEO Joe Slawek said, "This is a great honor for our corporate headquarters and a wonderful recognition of all of the initiatives and programs our people have put in place and championed over the years. At FONA we know that our people and the culture they have built is our biggest asset and the single most important factor in our continued growth as a company."
