Aceto Corp. (Port Washington, New York) has launched a new logo and website heralding the renaming of its business segments.
According to the company, "The six individual business units that make up the overall company have not changed only their prominence, location and placement within the newly designated segments ... functionally, we have aligned our senior management team to better support the newly named business segments resulting in no change to our operating costs."
These segments comprise:
- human health
- pharmaceutical ingredients, and
- performance chemicals (specialty chemicals and agricultural protection products).
