WFFC Gives Back

Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce (WFFC) continues to support charitable causes both inside and outside its industry with time and monetary contributions. This year, the WFFC held two clothing drives for the Bottomless Closet organization, as well as making a donation to support the charity's efforts in providing interview skills, business clothing and ongoing career development for the disadvantaged women in New York City.

Also, a portion of the proceeds from the WFFC Open Dinner honoring Mary Riddle went to the Averett University Autism Education Initiatives, the charity of Riddle’s choice, and the WFFC also made contributions to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the Red Cross and the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network organizations.

“The WFFC stands firm in its commitment to support women, within as well as outside our industry. We seek to give back to the community by contributing to charities, which provide various types of assistance, both in the U.S. and around the globe," says WFFC president Joanne Kennedy of the organization’s charitable commitments.
