A recent report by a Minneapolis CBS affiliate notes that 2007 US fine fragrance sales totaled ~$1.97 billion. This is down from 2002's $2 billion. The report also claims that about 15% of US women did not wear fine fragrance at all in 2007 (though no mention is made of other fragranced personal care products, etc.). Approximately 85% of US women in the report said they still buy fine fragrances.
