Described in this patent is a capsule, active and stabilizing agent system. The capsule comprises an oil core containing an active material, and a wall encapsulating the core. The capsule wall is formed from polyurea or polyurethane.

The active may be a fragrance, flavor, malodor counteractant or combination thereof. The capsule additionally contains 20 ppm or greater of a stabilizing agent, which is a multifunctional amine, amino acid, polymer mixture or a combination thereof. Also disclosed is a consumer product containing this capsule composition.
