Sensient Meets Manufacturers Screams for Ice Cream Flavors

With summer around the corner, Sensient Flavors has presented a new line of flavor concepts for ice creams and sorbets. These products incorporate seasonal fruits such as strawberries, textural elements like cookies, meringue and coffee, and more unconventional flavors, such as vanilla with hints of herb and spice.

The company has developed fruit preparations to accompany the flavors. They can be used as a ripple or a layer, and viscosity can be adjusted to manufacturers' needs—even for nonfrozen products. The fruit preparations are made with all natural flavors and are 30-60% fruit.
