Oamic is proud to announce natural delta decalactone (FEMA# 2361, CAS# 705-86-2) and delta dodecalactone (FEMA# 2401, CAS# 713-95-1), both produced by newly developed bioconversion from sustainable plant-based fatty acids. These natural molecules will find application in natural dairy type flavors with their creamy, fatty, dairy notes, but also will have great effect in coconut and yellow fruit profiles.
