International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF; New York) has introduced a new range of natural beef flavors, based on regional taste preferences. The new flavors have been developed after considering regional target flavor profiles, consumer preferences, needs, cooking traditions and consumption habits. The flavors are MSG-, HVP- and allergen-free, and are suitable for use in bouillon, soups, gravies, marinades and noodles.
