Natural Espresso Coffee Distillate 26059

Odor: @ 100%. Dark, cocoalike, slightly smoky, coffee liqueurlike and brown.

Taste: @ 0.2%. Roasted, cocoalike, smoky, mochalike, slightly ashy and brown.

Possible applications: The dual nature of this distillate makes it a good consideration for dark chocolate and/or cold-brew type coffee flavors. It will also perform nicely in flavors for alcohol like whisky, liqueur and beer.

White Grapefruit Oil WONF 5X

Odor: @ 100%. Peely, citruslike, fresh, juicy and grapefruit.

Taste: @ 10 ppm. Citrus, peely, slightly woody, bitter and grapefruit.

Taste: @ 20 ppm. Citrus, peely, oily, juicy and grapefruit.

Possible applications: With grapefruit oil currently in short supply, this product can help extend its use without sacrificing flavor quality in citrus flavors and blends as well as in tropical flavors.

Odor: @ 100%.Oily, woody, pinelike, cooling, camphoraceous and terpeney.

Taste: @ 2 ppm. Slightly cooling, spicy and drying with a trigeminal bite.

Taste: @ 5 ppm. Spicy, woody, limelike, woody and drying and tingly.

Possible applications: The cooling, spicy notes of this essential oil will add character to black pepper, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, ginger and other spice flavors. Citrus flavors, especially lime and lemon, as well as some tropicals like green mango and kiwi will also be enlivened with its use.

Natural occurrence: Apple, apricot, beer, cayenne fruit, cassia, cranberry, coffee, rum, strawberry, vinegar and whiskey.

Taste: @ 10 ppm. Fruity, sweet and acidic.

Taste: @ 20 ppm. Sweet, fruity, seedy, sweaty and slightly cheesy.

Possible applications: The sweet, fruity notes of this acid will add an almost maltol-like quality to fruit flavors, but especially berry flavors like strawberry and raspberry. It will also be appreciated in tropicals like cherimoya and papaya. Cheese with fruity notes like parmesan are also good applications for this material.

Possible applications: Although clementines are an orange and mandarin hybrid, this delicious product is very characteristic of its orange parent and can be used for labeling purposes and/or wherever one would use orange oil.
