Cold Brew Goes Bite-Sized With High Brew Coffee Collaboration

Natural beverage company High Brew Coffee has collaborated with Wild Ophelia for a line of cold brew bite-sized chocolates.  

“Wild Ophelia’s chocolate embodies the spirit and flavors of America so it seemed natural for us to create a line of chocolates that plays homage to Americans’ love of coffee,” said Katrina Markoff, founder of Wild Ophelia.

The chocolate will combine the flavor of Wild Ophelia’s chocolate with High Brew’s cold brew coffee. Each candy will include a chocolate coating and a creamy cold brew center. The four flavors that will be available include:

  • Sea Salt Caramel Latte. A cold brew coffee and creamy salted caramel center, covered in milk chocolate and topped with sea salt.
  • Mexican Vannila. A 70% dark chocolate candy with a Mexican vanilla cold brew coffee and fudgy chocolate center.
  • Jet Black. A black and bold cold brew coffee and chocolate fudge center with a 70% dark chocolate coating.
  • White Mocha. A white chocolate shell with a chocolatey cold brew center.
