Sensient Flavors (Milwaukee; Indianapolis) has launched Smoothenol, a natural masking technology system that masks the undesirable off notes and aftertaste from non-nutritive sweeteners such as Rebaudioside A stevia extract (Reb A). A natural, EU-compliant and GMO-free proprietary technology system, Smoothenol eliminates bitter, astringent or licoricelike off notes in a range of flavor profiles and end products.
