The early bird rate window for Flavorcon Virtual 2021 is coming to a close for the event scheduled for November 16-17. Early bird rates end tonight, October 15, at 11:59 PM CDT.
If you're unfamiliar with the annual event, Flavorcon is a global, interactive conference designed for flavorists, product developers, R&D leaders, food scientists and consumer packaged goods professionals designed to support sensory innovations and better-for-you breakthroughs for the flavor, food and beverage markets.
This year's installment is set to feature presentations, followed by live Q&A with flavor experts on various facets of the industry.
You can also expect appearances from celebrity chef and Food Network personality, Ray Lampe, aka Dr. BBQ, alongside a behind-the-scenes look at P&F+ columnist and flavor expert, Judith Michalski conducting an Organoleptic Characteristics of Flavor Materials panel.
