Catalina Lee, global director of flavor and fragrances, Colgate-Palmolive, identified various local taste preferences to develop oral care flavors around the world during Flavorcon 2018 in this exclusive interview.

As keynote speaker, Lee shared exclusive insight on developing oral care flavors based on local tastes in each market during her presentation. As different markets spotlight new flavors like florals, herbals and teas, she explained how these ingredients drive creativity and address consumer demands for personalized and enjoyable products within the category.
