When creating a flavor have you seen precipitates at the bottom of your beaker or seen a white ring in your beverage? These phenomena can be traced back to the role of solubility in flavor creation. To discuss the importance of solubility, Cindy Cosmos, principal flavorist at Bell F&F, will be presenting on the topic at Flavorcon.
