The Fragrance Foundation Arabia announced it is holding the 2nd Middle East Fragrance Summit on May 27 and 28, 2012, at The Ritz-Carlton DFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The summit was created to present a global platform for fragrance industry leaders to come together to discuss, innovate and strategize on how to tap into the potential of the Middle East fragrance market.
