Sensient Technologies Corp. has appointed Paul Manning, the company's president and chief executive officer, to the executive and finance committees and confirmed his membership on the scientific advisory committee.
The appointment follows the Dec. 6 board meeting in which Sensient's board of directors amended a section of the company's by-laws to delete the second sentence which required that all members of the finance committee must be non-employee directors.
